Refund Policy
At Adrex Media School, we are committed to ensuring a transparent and student-friendly refund process. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully before enrolling in any course.
1. Mode of Training
All our courses are conducted offline (in-person). No pre-recorded or downloadable course materials are provided.
2. Fee Structure
Advanced Diploma in Advertising and Digital Marketing
Total Fee: ₹1,06,200 (including University enrollment fee)
Admission Fee (₹30,000) split into:
₹1,000 – Registration Fee
₹5,000 – Confirmation Fee
₹24,000 – Due before class start
Remaining Fee: Payable in monthly EMIs over 5 months
Advanced Diploma in Graphic Designing, Video Editing & Content Creation
Total Fee: ₹94,400 (inclusive of applicable charges)
Admission Fee (₹30,000) split into:
₹1,000 – Registration Fee
₹5,000 – Confirmation Fee
₹24,000 – Due before class start
Remaining Fee: Payable in monthly EMIs over 5 months
3. Refund Eligibility
The Registration Fee (₹1,000) is fully refundable if the student cancels admission before completing the admission process.
University Enrollment Fee is non-refundable once the student is officially enrolled.
If a student discontinues the course for a valid reason, the total fee will be prorated based on the number of class days attended.
The following components are non-refundable:
Registration Fee (after admission completion)
University Enrollment Fee
Applicable Taxes
4. Cancellation & Batch Change Policy
Students may request to cancel their enrollment under valid circumstances. Refunds will be processed after calculating the fees for classes already attended.
The fee will be calculated at 885 Rs per working day.
Batch changes are allowed, subject to seat availability and academic feasibility.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, students must:
Submit a written request offline at the campus, and
Send an email to admin@adrex.in with the subject line “Refund Request – [Student Name]”
Your assigned Student Relationship Manager will handle your refund request.
Once the refund request is approved, you will get a confirmation email
6. Refund Timeline
Approved refunds will be processed within 14 working days from the date of request submission and will be credited using the original mode of payment or bank transfer.
